WINEMAKING :Juice extraction sheltered from air and at lowtemperature.Cold drawing off.Vinification on clear juice at low temperatures toobtain more fruit.

TASTING NOTES 品尝特征：

Syrah (or : Shiraz) is a quite powerful varietal with anintensely fruity character.The pink colour shows some violet hints and the tastereveals notes of ripe blackcurrants and raspberries.

希拉的口味强劲，果香馥郁。这款酒呈粉红色带有紫罗兰的光晕。入口有成熟的黑加仑和树莓的果味。

RECOMMANDATIONS :

Recommended on its own or with any type of Mediterranean food, meat or pastas.

Serve chilled between 10°C and 12°C
